Love the idea, not sure how to use the app

This app really needs a tutorial to help you understand what each of the buttons do. Its cool kind of playing with the sounds, but most of the buttons that dont have numbers are confusing to me and after playing with them still couldnt figure out what they do, and why you can drag them all over the place. Im sure its cool, but its confusing, and would be nice if the app could be explained.
